eJeevika has a group of advisors whose advice we seek to add value while seeking to bridge the skill gap of the rural population of the country:
Ms. Sutapa Sen, is a postgraduate degree in English Literature from Delhi University. She has over 25 years experience in training and teaching. She has trained around 3000 people in the area of communication, personality development and competency enhancement in schools, colleges and corporate across India. She has been associated with leading organizations like Ma Foi, NIS Sparta etc.
Equipped with the knowledge and expertise, Sutapa’s focus is on Instructional Design, Soft Skills and TtT (Train the Trainers). Recognizing that people come as different personality types, Sutapa adapts the best training and learning style methodology to suit their personalities.
Dr. Shikha N Khera, Shikha has over 9 years of experience and is currently working as Assistant Professor in in the field of HRM and Organisation Behaviour. She is a PhD in management studies, awarded by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, her thesis Titled "Contemporary Human Resource Practices and the Performance of banks in India: A study of select Commercial Banks".
Papers published by her are in the areas of:

Dr.S .C .Choudhary, holds a Ph.D in English Linguistics & Phonetics. He has been teaching in IITM since 1988. He previously worked as a reporter with Times of India & has also taught at Ranchi University.
Developed Courses:A Series of Need Based, Multi-Media, Taught & Self-Access Courses for Language Laboratory. He is a member of Indian Linguistic Association, Pune; Life Member, American Studies Research Centre, Hyderabad; International Association of Teachers of English as a foreign Language, UK. He has won many awards & honours. He is the author of several books & has been an editor for many others.
Dr.John Bosco Lourdusamy completed his D.Phil in 1999 from University of Oxford & has been teaching at IITM since then. His Broad Areas of Research & Teaching are : History of Science,Science and Religion,Science, Technology and Rural Development and Modern Science in India (IVil).He has conducted projects in the areas of * Technology, Innovation and Rural Participation And Gandhian Knowledge Economy. His Professional Memberships are: Member, Editorial Committee, Journal of Science, Education and Technology, Life Member, Indian Science Congress Association, Life Member, Indian History Congress, Life Member, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Life Member, Goethe Society of India and Life Member, The Goethals Indian Library and Research Society
Dr. Kamalanabhan T J, got his Ph.D. (Psychology) from the University of Madras, 1987.Currently he is teaching at IIT M . His Courses and Teaching Interests are: Introduction to Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology and Organisational Behaviour
His Research Interests are: Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour.
