eJeevika Human Resource Pvt. Ltd is an enterprise incubated under IIT Madras's Rural Technology Business Incubator(RTBI). Ms. Richa Pandey Mishra has founded the company under the mentorship of Prof. Ashok Jhunjhunwala.

Ms. Lata Sundaram, an M Phil Graduate in Economics from University of Madras with over 9 years of work experience in the academic side, takes care of Online Contact Management and Learning Innovations. She was earlier with The Eklavya Foundation and KFI-The School,Chennai developing curriculum for young minds. She works closely with content developers, animators, researchers and social scientists to bring out innovative learning delivery methods.
Mr. Sridharan is a Post Graduate from Madras University and has over 30 years of experience working in the operations and sales side of various automobile companies like Maruti, Tata Auto and Eicher both in India and abroad. He takes care of the overall Field sales and operations of the company.
Ms Lalitha has done her BE Electronics and has a wide span of experience . She was earlier Project Manager for Agro Explorer and Aqua projects at IIT Bombay: KReSIT and CFILT (CSE department) . She has been a consultant with Hughes Software , Infosys and Tata Unisys to name a few. She takes care of the technology interventions and supports of the company.
Richa is an MBA and English Honour's Graduate from Delhi University and has 8 years of Sales and Marketing experience with corporates like Living Media Group, Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. and Indian Express Group. Richa takes care of Marketing and Operations of the company, along with over all strategy

Dr.S .C .Choudhary, holds a Ph.D in English Linguistics & Phonetics.
He has been teaching in IITM since 1988. He previously worked as a reporter with Times of India & has also taught at Ranchi University.
Developed Courses:A Series of Need Based, Multi-Media, Taught & Self-Access Courses for Language Laboratory. He is a member of Indian Linguistic Association, Pune; Life Member, American Studies Research Centre, Hyderabad; International Association of Teachers of English as a foreign Language, UK. He has won many awards & honours. He is the author of several books & has been an editor for many others.
Dr.John Bosco Lourdusamy completed his D.Phil in 1999 from University of Oxford & has been teaching at IITM since then. His Broad Areas of Research & Teaching are : History of Science,Science and Religion,Science, Technology and Rural Development and Modern Science in India (IVil).He has conducted projects in the areas of * Technology, Innovation and Rural Participation And Gandhian Knowledge Economy. Dr. Kamalanabhan T J, got his Ph.D. (Psychology) from the University of Madras, 1987.Currently he is teaching at IIT M . His Courses and Teaching Interests are: Introduction to Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology and Organisational Behaviour
His Research Interests are: Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour.
