Achievements Till Date - What have we done?

Categorised Database of Job Seekers: eJeevika has created a qualified Database of more than 5000 rural and semi rural youth in Tamilnadu using Innovative Resume collection methodologies like SMS, VOIP and Video Resumes etc. We have conducted Two Job fairs with the help of Collector's office and Panchayats of Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur Districts to reach out to the youth in the villages.

Skill Gap Studies of Three Districts of Tamilnadu : Cuddalore, Thiruvallur,Kanchipuram to understand what the types of Vocational skills to launch using the ICT driven approach.

Creation of a Network of Training Delivery Partners: eJeevika has created 15 Franchisee centres in three districts of Tamilnadu, 20 centers in Gujarat, 10 centers in Madhya Pradesh and one center each in Uttar Pradesh and Assam. These centers are run by a village based entrepreneur and leverages eJeevika's online training content to train rural youth.

Creation of a Network of Placement/ Employment providing partners: eJeevika has touched lives of more than 1600 unemployed rural youth in Tamil Nadu. The candidates were trained for entry level jobs (ITES- Data entry, Telecom Sales, Customer Care, Telecalling, Retail Sales ) in companies such as Reliance Communications, HOV Services, Tata Teleservices, Henkel, CavinKare, Cafe Coffee Day, Oxigen, Titan and many other Insurance, Healthcae, FMCG companies.

Creation of Employability Courses: eJeevika has been running blended learning courses on Microsoft office, English Speaking, and Basic Corporate Etiquettes in its centers. We have created e Learning and Class room based courses for prestigious organisations like State Bank of India, Nimmi- DGET, Tamilnadu Regional Institutes, Titan, Cholamandalam, NIS Sparta to name a few. eJeevika specialises in creating courses in multiple languages, hence is able to be connect better with the youth.
